刘俊国教授2009年应聘我校自然保护区学院,主要研究方向为水文水资源和湿地保护与管理。现在已发表SCI文章20余篇,其中包括在美国科学院院报PNAS发表原创性文章1篇,在水文水资源领域顶级刊物Water Resources Research、Journal of Hydrology、Hydrology and Earth System Sciences发表文章4篇。PNAS文章已经被下载8000余次,2012年被评为中国百篇最具影响力国际论文。由于突出学术成绩,刘教授2009年荣获欧洲地理协会杰出青年科学家奖,为全球首位荣获此奖的水文学家。2011年荣获由联合国大学、德国联邦教育与科研部等多家单位共同评定的ProSPER.Net-Scopus青年科学家奖,并荣获“生物多样性及自然资源管理”领域全球冠军。

刘俊国,男,1977年2月生,汉族,山东莱芜人。现任北京林业大学自然保护区学院教授、博士生导师,国际应用系统分析研究所(IIASA)客座研究员,IIASA实施规划指导委员会委员,国际水足迹网络(WFN)同行评议委员会委员,中国自然资源学会水资源专业委员会委员,国际期刊Hydrology and Earth SystemSciences编委。
水文水资源方向重点研究3个方面的内容:1)蓝水绿水。刘教授在大尺度蓝、绿水资源评价方面做了长期深入的探讨,并在该领域取得了杰出的成绩。2009年由刘教授作为第一作者兼通讯作者在WaterResources Research上发表了《全球作物生产消耗性用水评价:绿水与虚拟水的重要性》的论文,在全球尺度上以大约50 km的空间分辨率对农田生态系统的蓝水和绿水资源进行评价。该研究是世界上最早在全球尺度采用高分辨率分析蓝绿水空间分布的文章之一。2010年,由刘教授与国际蓝、绿水研究领域的知名专家一道在Journal of Hydrology上组织了专栏,结合世界8个主要水文模型,在全球或区域尺度上对蓝、绿水资源进行全面的评价。刘教授的GEPIC模型由于是国际上最早用于评价全球蓝、绿水的模型之一,其论文《全球农田消耗性用水的空间直观评价:绿水和蓝水》被排在专刊文章的第一位。大尺度蓝绿水研究对于理解绿水在全球生态系统中的作用具有重要的学术价值,并为加强绿水资源管理提供了坚实的理论基础和数据支撑。2)水足迹研究。刘教授基于主要消费品对中国过去40年间的水足迹进行了计算,并首次阐述消费结构的变化是导致中国水足迹变化和水资源短缺的重要原因。刘教授有关中国水足迹的研究引起了全球同领域科学家的广泛关注,联合国环境署(UNEP)、国际水足迹研究网络(WFN)、斯德哥尔摩国际水资源研究所(SIWI)、世界自然基金会(WWF)等机构多次邀请刘教授前往瑞典、荷兰、比利时等国作特邀报告。2009年,北京林业大学应邀成为国际水足迹研究网络合作伙伴,为中国首个加入国际水足迹研究网络的组织。2010年,北京林业大学主办了中国首届水足迹培训班,由水足迹之父阿尔杰恩?胡克斯特拉教授和刘俊国教授为来自中国大陆、香港及印度、英国等国家23名学员进行了培训。由于在水足迹方面的造诣,刘教授担任了国际水足迹研究网络同行评议委员会委员,并担任SIWI、WWF、C&A公司等机构的技术顾问。3)湿地水文与生态水文。这是刘教授团队目前正在研究的一个新的方向。
