孙育杰,男,1973年出生,博士。现任北京大学未来技术学院教授,未来技术学院副院长 ,国家生物医学成像科学中心,生物医学前沿创新中心(BIOPIC),膜生物学国家重点实验室研究员、博士生导师。致力于运用单分子、超高分辨率荧光成像及操纵技术研究细胞结构与功能的关系,在Science 等期刊发表文章 90 多篇, 撰写国外专著 5 部,申请专利 7项,先后承担和参与基金委重大仪器专项和科技部863计划等8个国家级科研项目,获 Elsevier Scopus高引青年科学家奖和拜尔学者奖。现任中国生物物理学会单分子生物学专业委员会委员、中国仪器仪表学会显微仪器分会副理事长、中国电子显微镜学会共聚焦专业委员会副主任、美国细胞生物学会国际事务委员会委员,多模态跨尺度生物医学成像国家重大科技基础设施副总工程师。

1、2013年12月 27-28日,与Andor公司合作在北京大学BIOPIC组织“Andor Academy in Beijing”,讨论光学显微成像技术;

2、2015年6月14日,与中科院生物物理所合作在北京大学召开“中国生物医学成像发展战略高端论坛”,邀请国内生物医学成像权威专家讨论中国生物医学成像发展战略;

3、2015年11月16-20日,昆明,第十四次中国暨国际生物物理大会,组织并Chair“超分辨成像技术进展与应用分会场”;

科学研究:


研究方向:

1. 哺乳动物细胞的基因表达调控。

2. 基因随机表达过程在干细胞分化中的作用。

3. 运用流式细胞术、微流体技术以及高通量测序等技术把在对单细胞层次基因表达的认识提高到细胞群体、组织、和器官的层次,以理解在这些层次细胞的基因表达在细胞间是如何相互引导和协调。
